How we work
Measured in years.
Most agencies plan up to launch day. We plan the relationship. Two strands, ours and yours, cross at every stage, and launch sits in the middle of the timeline.
- Day 1ListenWe visit, watch the business run and ask a lot of questions.
- Week 1MapA one-page plan: what to build first, what it costs, what changes.
- Weeks 2–6BuildShort cycles. You see progress every week, on your own phone.
- LaunchTeachWe train your team and stay on call through the first rush.
- Month 3AutomateWith the basics running, we connect the systems and remove repetitive work.
- Year 1GrowQuarterly reviews with the founders, with new ideas based on your numbers.
- Year 3+Still hereThe same two people still pick up the phone.
Our promises
Held together by promises.
Your business on one side, ALDEX on the other. Eight of the threads between them are promises you can hold us to.
Questions owners ask
Straight answers.
How long does a project take?
A focused website usually takes two to six weeks. Apps and larger systems take longer. Either way, the timeline is agreed in writing before we start.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we don’t publish a price list. After a first conversation you get a one-page plan with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
Who owns the website, the app and the data?
You do. Your domain, your code and your data belong to you, and we hand over access whenever you ask.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Updates, fixes and regular check-ins are part of how we work, and you keep both founders’ numbers.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We start from what you have and replace only what is getting in the way.
Do you only work with businesses in one city?
No. Most of the work happens over calls and WhatsApp, so we work with businesses across India.
